Our Laser table was down with a chiller issue and Sandy was able to get a Tech out to look at it right away even in the midst of a snow storm. Sam diagnosed the problem right away and got the parts ordered and in the next working day and was able to get us back up and running. We will be calling JC Younger next time we have an issue.

One of the most stand up, professional companies I have ever done business with ! I bought a chiller that was the wrong size for where I planned on using it and wound up in a terrible situation completely my fault. Sandy from the Younger company worked non stop and did everything in his power to help me fix our problem and get the correct equipment in place. Not very often anymore do you do business with people like this that are a true testament to customer service and backing their word up 100% but the J.C. Younger company does. You will not be disappointed if you choose to conduct business with them.
