I am a local business owner in Watertown, SD. I strive to support other business in Watertown. I asked for a knock up of some lettering that I needed to have done, I went in to take a look and the gentleman, who I am assuming owns the business was very rude and very disrespectful when I stopped in to take a look. I slide the knock up back over to the gal that was attending me, apologized for taking up her time for putting the knock up together and walked out. If that is the way they run their business than I will take my business elsewhere. I would never dream of treating people that way. I would not recommend this business to anyone. If you need any type of graphic work done avoid this business.

The gal over the phone did not make me feel welcome to do business with them as she seemed to not like my question regarding if they can get something done in a short amount of time nor did she want to help me figure out a solution which could have still helped earn my business.
