One of the employees was VERY rude. It took over a month, three phone calls, and two visits for them to finally start on my shirts. Her attitude was unprofessional and we received no apologies. If you need embroidery, go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

I love this place! They are very welcoming and have an AMAZING attitude. The employees were so friendly and accommodating to my rambunctious 6 year old. My backpack was perfect. We will be ordering many items from here. Thanks.
