Decent beer but made to feel quite unwelcome as we weren't dining and dared to stand at the bar for a drink. Used to call this my local but won't be hurrying back, even for food, after the effort that was made to get staff to ask us to move constantly when we weren't even in their way.

Good atmosphere. Good pub food menu with enough vegetarian options. Something for everyone. Local real ale too. Proper chips and food freshly cooked.
