Called multiple times to schedule an appointment and was placed on hold each time between 10-35 minutes before the call would get disconnected. When I went in to schedule a tattoo the person at the desk was very rude and arrogant. I would never go here.

That process takes 30 minutes and then we had to attend our customers in their order, including ones with appointments. Unfortunately we lost a lot of time in that process that we hadn't foreseen. Went in to get my septum and ears pierced, was told it was gonna be a 20-ish min wait ....after 30 min the guy at front desk checked in said it was gonna be another 15 min because they were cleaning the equipment......25min past I ask how much longer he tells me she is just finishing up with someone and then it's me ......I walked out

Amanda was truly AMAZING at micro blading! She is a super fun person to talk to and really knows her craft! I have had so many compliments and honestly cant stop staring at my own eyebrows If you have had any thoughts of getting your eyebrows done dont waste any more time. Nice environment and clean place and friendly tattoo artist but my tattoo's and my sons tattoo have lost ink once the scabs came off and also noticed some of the design isn't there anymore. Paid way to much for this to of happened. Hopefully one day when we go back for vacation they can fix it and make it right.

I do regret seeing Nate. He scheduled an appointment for noon and did t see me until after 2. He never came out to say hi or explain the delay while other artists came out and talked to their clients. Nate also never asked me about colors being used, I was under the impression he was mixing colors as it is common practice however after being told about the colors choice and minor improvements to the tattoo for the second section he felt annoyed and ceased communication. My Phoenix looks like a parrot. Nate also did not apply my $100 deposit towards the first section probably already aware I wouldn't be returning. At $200 per hour I expected a whole lot more. I wish I had gone with Legion as I do follow his work and he is amazing. If you go to Fallen Sparrow see Legion and not Nate. Don't make same mistake as me.
