Tried switching to WebPT from another EMR and was billed for 3 months as if I was using it without a clear path toward using it, transferring and activating patients, etc. I was simply told, we give you the videos and WebPT university and you just start. I asked for help again and again. 45 minutes plus wait times for support help and snarky Im very busy and you need to sign up for a call responses when I tried to get help. My schedule and my on boarding specialist schedule did not work together. Extremely busy and poorly staffed company. They promise things they can not deliver and their customer support is TERRIBLE. There are so many EMRs out there, no one needs to be treated this way. BTW , it was not inexpensive to carry the software for 3-4 months without actually being able to use it for 6 therapist- over 500 a month. So frustrated and disappointed. For all of us small practices looking for easy automation and billing- Web PT was complicated and not helpful.
Been using this EMR service for last few years without difficulty but they abruptly changed their software and it's been anything but a good experience. Very frustrating. Front line tech support are okay but limited with assistance regarding what they can do. The manager was slow to return calls and find a quick solution.
Went through 4 excellent interviews and they never called me again. Clearly unorganized
