Tried to have a bag embroidered and a patch sewn. Somehow, they lost track of my order. A one week project still hadn't been finished after 2.5 weeks. I asked for a refund to my credit card- they said they would give the payment back since I paid up front but never had the work completed... And the funds never posted to my card. Would not recommend embroidery service to anyone.
