Thank you for you review. What happened to your vehicle during the night has nothing to do with ourselves. We may be your local garage but you have never used our services in the six years we have been operating and you told us that you found us via our website! The car was parked causing an obstruction and we had no prior notice of the vehicle being towed to us, our email address is on the website.You were advised that the vehicle could not be looked at for a few days due to us being fully booked, you were offered a date when the vehicle could be looked at but this was not to your satisfaction and at no point was the lady rude to you. I cannot see how you can review our services when you haven't used us.

Not impressed, car had broken down during the night, I was already upset. They are my local garage and lady was very rude over the phone when I'd already had an awful evening stuck in the cold for 4 hours. Paid to get my car towed elsewhere in the end.

Unfortunately we trusted this garage for a long time. After getting a wing mirror replaced the car door was left in a state and I had to take it back. We asked for a genuine ford wing mirror and we paid for one, and it turned out to be a replica. The man lied to me over the phone. I would not recommend this garage they seem to take advantage of honest folk
