Technicians are great but the office they need some work in billing. Just go buy your own system and save yourself a headache with the billing discrepancies. I was never told I was being billed for a bacteria test. Why would I have my plumber do one also if I knew that? The whole process was a mess for me.
Jason, sorry we were unable to keep as a customer, however there are several steps (past due notices, collections, etc) before a billing issue is taken to small claims court and is certainly not something that would occur over a 2 week period.

I was unhappy with the water softener so I was told they would come and remove it. Once removed I was told they would inspect the machine adjust my final bill and send it out. Two weeks after they removed the machine I found out they filed the bill in small claims court. Not only had they filed it in small claims but the entire cost of the machine that they removed was on the bill as well. I had to go to court and fight it to get the cost of the machine removed and was still stuck with additional court costs. What a terrible way to do business. Response: Well that's what happened so perhaps you should look into who you have making those calls. You should probably stop charging people for equipment you have removed from their house as well. I wasted a whole day down at the court house just to get that extra charge removed from the bill.

Awesome team with Gibson's, answering all our questions with our system. Had a system installed three weeks and the entire process was excellent. More local than all the other companies! Jason was great, very reasonable to work and professional. Highly recommend giving them a call and see what they can do you for you!

I'm only giving one star because zero is not an option. We bought a house with a softener already in it. We didn't want it and told Gibson's to come and get it. It's been two years, no one came to remove it and now they are charging us an extreme amount of money bc we haven't paid for it despite several conversations asking for it to be removed.
