A few months back it was my first time coming to a hair salon ever and was so discouraged. Walked in everyone stared, no greeting. My friend and I stood there for 3 minutes before someone asked what I needed. Told her and she pointed me to someone else. Asked her and she said she was too busy to help me- but never bothered to look in her book. Really needed something done for the graduation. Maybe they didn't like that we spoke spanish. Maybe they were judging us because we were dirty having just come from the fields after working 12 hours. Either way it was discouraging and embarassing when I'm trying to tell my friend support local black businesses and this is how we're treated.
Hello! My name is Brandy and Im the owner of the salon. May I please ask when did this happen? We havent had any experiences like this. Our staff would NEVER speak rudely to anyone.... even when dealt with badly. We just choose not to work with the individual. Many times were confused with other salons with Knot in the name.

New customers do NOT bother calling for appointments. I was not taken seriously as a new client. I was spoken to very rudely on the phone and hung up on.
Love, love, love this salon! Very clean and professional stylists who always do your hair how YOU want it and not how they think it should be! Gabby, Brandy, and Liz are my faves!!!.
