Communication is the key to any business and this place lacks it big time! Very unprofessional for the owner to tell me how busy they were and how many hours they were working when I asked for my order to be ready by a certain date after another employee had quoted me how many days the order would take. If you can't do it in that time, just be honest. I really don't care how many hours you work to get it done. You own the business, so that's your logistical problem. I've worked 18 years in retail and honesty gets your further than going on the defensive. I was happy with the last order we picked up. But, with all the miscommunication and the first order not coming out as asked for, I will be taking our business elsewhere. Hope that affords you some time next busy season.
I walked in to ask some questions about a plaque. I didn't think it could be overwhelming, because turns out, you can do so much with a piece of wood so of course, I didn't know all the jargon. I had to have him show me what he was talking about. I explained that it was my first time to handle a plaque for a colleague. Instead of being understanding, he seemed extremely annoyed by my questions. All I was telling myself was "Geez just cause you do this daily doesn't mean everyone else knows what you're talking about. " It also seemed as though he was in a rush, for what? Couldn't tell ya. I was the only one in there. Needless to say...the experience alone was enough for me to keep looking. Everyone's experience can be different but just thought I'd share mine.

I love this print shop! very easy going staff who have all kinds of ideas to aid in your design or marketing. I started coming here when I made a custom shirt for my wife, and have been coming back for all my print needs ever since. Banners, stickers, business cards...this is the only place in town who I bring my business to for printing.
I went to Awards to Go because the sports league I coached for recommended them. This experience was terrible from start to finish. The store is not well presented. The staff seemed like they didn't want to sell me anything when I was there in person asking questions. When I placed my order I was told 10-14 days. My order took 21. I can forgive extra time but I was never told it would be late. In fact the only time any communication happened was when I asked questions. Then I was told I had to resubmit my artwork because it was lost. The moment it was lost I should have been contacted. The fact that it was lost in the first place is amazing to me. When the trophies were picked up all were scuffed, scratched, or had some type of visible blemish on them. Because of the delay in order time they aren't able to make it right. They are rude. They lie. The don't care. That is the opinion I have based on this experience and I plan on never doing business with them again.
