Had a brand new pair of Nike A1 size 4y that came directly from Finishline to this place to be airbrushed for my grandsons 7th birthday. These shoes had not even been tried on as it was supposed to be a gift! When I went to pick up the shoes they had been worn! Dirty inside and out! There were black fingerprints in the white parts in various places! There was more dirt and grime in the bottom of the shoes than the shoes I had just finished a 16hr shift! The owner said that it was Hilarious. Totally disgusting! I would give No stars if I could!

He messed up my shoes and my shirt!!!! My words truly looked like an J forgot words that I needed on the shirt!!! My shoes was completely wrong.. I believe he rushed with my order and has not offered half an refund or anything and the passing was the next day so it couldnt be fixed

It was very difficult to locate someone who does airbrushing. My daughter wanted an old school look for her graduation pictures. I contacted Image Plus went in and we sat with Devin to give an idea of what she wanted. He sketched some things in a piece of blank paper but refused to look at the examples we had. I think he assumed we couldn't afford the shirt since he made the statement, "showing me a design will make me try to re-create the design and the price will go up." He had several examples around the office so I assumed he knew what he was doing. The design only required bubble letters that said Class of 2021. Two colors were requested-light blue and dark purple. We agreed to a few stars and bubbles. What I got was a shirt in the correct colors that looks as if they messed up but attempted to fix it. The "L" looks like is was added after a misspelling. It's lowercase and the "C and A" are capital. Then the "s" are again lowercase. The word "of" looks like it's part of class.Then extra things were added to improve it which did not improve it. We did not ask for water drips and they seem to be an after thought. I did not address the situation with the owner and I probably should have but I wanted to see how my daughter felt about it before I complained. When I picked her up from school and she saw it, her face was filled with disappointment. We have no time to search for anyone else, which there aren't any others in Indianapolis and no time for a remake as this took over 2 weeks ro get and her photo appointment is in 3 days.
