Anthony Palmero from aerotek was a pleasure to work with. He helped me land a great job and he was always there to answer any questions I had. Aerotek's Woburn office outside of Boston helped me hire a wonderful clinical research coordinator for my team. We had tried a traditional hiring method, but really struggled to find someone who wanted to be in research. Ryan, who primarily worked with me, and Jess, who primarily represented the applicants, were cordial and professional, and easy to work with. They worked patiently with my institution to make sure this hire was feasible for my team. We interviewed 3 or 4 candidates, and Ryan and Jess were receptive to our feedback. Ultimately, we ended up with a wonderful match. Aerotek handled the onboarding on their end, and I worked with the institution on my end, to make for a smooth hiring process. The system they use for confirming hours is simple. The contracted employee reported that Jess was wonderful to work with and advocated hard for her. We are all happy so far, and I hope in a few months to have an update on the contract-to-hire process. Update years later: This contract employee was hired, again with the support of Aerotek, and was just great!

I saw a job posting regarding this company that this position would be perfect for me. I decided to call the company and double check that the position is still available. I received nothing but attitude and rudeness from the front desk lady. My recommendation is better customer service and a new front desk lady! If this is the individual you would love to represent your company once they communicate with a customer, then I wish the company nothing but the best buy in reality you are losing costumer from just one conversation w/ the front desk individual.
