I'm sorry you had a bad experience at our store. Customer feedback is important to us and this will certainly be addressed. The entire staff considers law enforcement top priority!

This store is ok, as far as selection but the staff is not friendly. The lady, Leecy that assisted us appeared to have a huge chip on her shoulder. We were in uniform, so I'm not sure if maybe she had an issue with law enforcement officers or what, but she was very rude. The police uniform place I normally buy my equipment from in Decatur, AL has excellent customer service and a much better selection. I think I will stick with them.
