My Optometrist joined this practice after closing his in Bloomfield. That being said I went here for an exam. No problem with that. Ordered new contacts and had them in a reasonable amount of time. The problem began when I went to order contacts six months later. I charged them over the phone. I was told they would call when they were in. Three weeks went by, finally I called. I was told that they were still not in and it takes a week to ten days. One week later I call and am told they will be in Monday. Finally the following Wednesday I call. Now they should be in later that day. I asked if they could guarantee that they would be in. It had now been 43 days since I ordered and paid for the contacts. Since no one was able to confirm they would in that day I went in asked for a refund and ordered them online. They did refund me without protest. My biggest issue was no explanation for such a long delay. Poor customer service. It was like they didn't care once the order was placed.I was trying to support a local business but now I am taking my business elsewhere.

I would not recommend. Not friendly for returning customer. Better service and better value at Walmart or Peal vision. Lawrenceville vision just wants your money. Lawrenceville vision does not understand customer service. Do Not Go here!!!

This was my first time at Lawrenceville Vision Care and I am confident I have found my new eye care provider. From when I walked in I was taken care of. I fully expected to wait because I was early to my appointment but I was taken care of right away. When I showed my eye glasses to the eye tech I asked her to be careful due to a missing screw in my glasses, when she returned them to me she both cleaned them and replaced the screw in my glasses at no extra charge. In her exam Dr. Staresinic was both patient and thorough with me. When it came time to pick my new glasses the staff was helpful in explaining what my insurance covered, fitting my glasses, and making sure I was comfortable.
