Everything went smoothly until the underwriting process. My contact was very quick to respond and very helpful. Once we got to the underwriting, rather than give me a list of things they needed, I would get a request for one more document, which led to another request, and then another. The week before settlement they were still asking for documents Id already provided and in greater detail. I understand they need a lot of documentation but they could have communicated better at the start. The underwriter was not pleasant to deal with at all.

They worked with us through both of our transactions (a C/O refinance of an investment & the purchase of a new primary residence) and in all cases, they were clear, responsive, and once they had the docs for the first transaction they leveraged that for the second, saving a ton of time.
