If I could rate this company no starts then I would! I would stay well clear of this company. My experience with then was so bad that I ended up getting a new company to take over a redesign my website. Endless issues with Chimpare including: Delays to updating my website and when the did there were numerous mistakes. No replys to emails and having to continuously chase them up. Overcharging me for services (updates to my website, adding images) and when they were carried out were incorrect Then when I left I all of a sudden stopped getting emails through on the email system that was set up by Chimpare, and when I asked them for their help in fixing this by giving me my account information to deal with the email company. There response was something completely different to what I had requested and made no sense at all. I made big mistake trusting this company to design a user friendly professional website. I encountered nothing but bad service and hassle.

We appreciate your feedback. I believe we have already replied to someone from your organisations review left on google. We strive for excellence and take any criticism seriously. Based on the agreed scope and low budget the build was delivered to a very high standard resulting in the app being approved by app stores. The website, admin panel and mobile apps are all delivered in terms of the contract. The code was written in Accordance with industry standards and the app did function upon handover of all source code and assets. Our team like most companies now are spread globally with some reosurces being remote based. We wish you every success in the future.

just now NEW Poor quality control and customer feedback. They missed multiple critical deadlines resulting in poorly written code and a non functioning application that had to be fixed by a UK based developer. I'm not impressed with the way that this this company operates and wouldn't recommend it
