So their things are really cute, but pricey. The customer service on the other hand is not good. First, it took a long time for my order to come. They called me several times to tell me they were out of something, would I like to replace it with something else, etc. No....I wanted what I ordered. If you are out of stuff remove it from your site. Beware....you do not get what you pay for here. I purchased one of the $66.00 vinyl flags. Very heavy. In less than a month of hanging it up the part that clips on to the flag broke. I emailed customer service and their response was "We actually just super glue those tabs on when we cut the flags. I believe whoever did yours did not put enough glue on it. You just need to apply some glue to the tab & resecure it to the flag & you should be good to go. Ruth" Thanks Ruth! I ordered a fall wreath from this vendor that took a very long time to receive. Wreath was $155. Not cheap. So, I expected better packaging with shipping. The wreath was not protected. Very loose in box - no extra padding to prevent movement and breakage. Nothing to prevent wreath from getting smashed and it was flattened. Needed bubble wrap to protect. I was able to fluff it out a bit and still use but for this price, it should not arrive this way. Also, the wreath is not as well adorned as it appears in pictures on their website.

I thought this was top quality but received my 100.00 wreath and its such thin wood and cheap looking! They look better on the website than what you receive!! Very disappointed
