Our close date was Oct 3 and on October 1st we still hadnt heard anything from your company. Our real estate agent had to get on it because we didnt even know the name of the title company. It was stressful especially since we were wiring the full amount.

Told them we wanted a 1031 they did not do it. So we ended up having to pay taxes on the property we sold. Will never go back to them again.
This the 8th closing I've done in my life. Absolutely the most horrible experience I have ever had. My wife has been tears. They don't communicate at all with the customer. They seem completely unaware of what is going on even if you call yourself. Buyer beware!!!!! Jared is the worst. Don't know how this man can even tell himself he does a good job. I would give zero stars if I could
