After spending almost $300 on the application, paying $600 for the deposit for an Oct 1 move in....We get an E-MAIL (not even a phone call) FOUR DAYS PRIOR TO OUR SCHEDULED MOVE-IN stating the apt won't be ready until Oct 16th without really an explanation as to why (I asked for details but the leasing agent stated she doesn't have anymore information). So now myself, my fiance, and my FOUR MONTH OLD BABY, and dog will be homeless for 16 days until our apartment ready! SNS management company really needs to get it together. It's not acceptable to do this to people, especially given the state of the current rental market. The amount of money we will have to spend on an airbnb and temporary storage is awful. We were very excited to move in but now I am so disappointed in this place and I haven't even moved in yet.

The new management is horrible they charge you for everything.....its not the place is the new manager that's running the place
So heres an honest review from a tenant that has lived here for going on my 2nd year. when we first moved in, the apartments and the tenants were neglected. THEN they got bought out and completely remodeled, all new staff & maintenance crew. Since the new company has taken over, we have worked directly with Mrs. Griselda. She helped us with all our needs, kept us up to date & made sure everything was taken care of. The new management is more professional than the last ones. My apartment is beautiful, yes it took a little longer to remodel (as some people mention) but you have to keep in mind, theyre building us homes from scratch. Everything in them are completely brand new, never touched or used. Every apartment complex has its defaults but Greentree is the place we are proud to call home. They make you feel very welcomed. i have a 11 month old son, and he loves going into the office and saying hi to ladies, i highly recommend this place for everybody!

ive been visiting my girlfriend for several years at this apartment complex and i can guarantee its in the worst shape its currently ever been in. new management took over recently, and they are incredibly neglectful and oftentimes just rude. there are potholes constantly being created and not being fixed, making the parking lot already a disaster to navigate. however as of november 1st (the holiday season peak) they have made these parking conditions worse by making every person have to obtain a parking pass, while simultaneously not providing any guest passes or guest spaces to park without threat of towing their vehicle. ive been visiting for multiple years and i dont see how it would be beneficial for them to not allow for visitors during the holidays when family and friends are coming to visit 24/7. try telling sweet old grandma she cant stay over because your complex is gonna tow her vehicle. this is genuinely exhausting to have to witness such lacklustre care for an entire community.
