Hi Raity, Thanks for the feedback, as you can appreciate we are resellers and facilitate returns and exchanges for our customers as per the brand policy. Most brands are accommodating and accept returns without packaging but not without tags. In your instance, the tags were missing and hence we could not assist. Great price and prompt dispatching. Cannot fault the factory. Until something is wrong! Then it could not be more disappointing. Customer chasing the company to follow up or provide updates and being told they point blank cannot help. If they are unable to assist me with a problem with a small purchase, I wouldnt trust them with a large or corporate one. Addendum: please note a refund is the lesser concern. The fact that you take a consumers money in addition to the returned product and make a customer chase you for a week to indicate a product untouched is not of a quality to return is the concern. I await hearing if you intend to return the inferior product. Again if you cannot look after small customers why should anyone trust you with their trademark? I would also wonder why it takes you less than an hour to respond to a public review and over a week to deal with a requested exchange (not even a refund)?
