Medallion Pools provides a solid experience with no hidden fees. The work is reliable and any issues are quickly resolved. The owner is readily available via email and quickly responds. It was a great experience and we have a high quality pool. I would recommend them to everyone!
Wayne with Medallion Pools created a beautiful pool for us. They were also the most reasonable out of the three estimates I got by $10,000-$6,000 and we got a bigger pool!!! I would recommend Medallion to anyone who is considering installing a pool.
lol what a tale... Our process is the same for all 3 working weeks of paperwork unless there are delays then we schedule and production typically 90 days and in this case was during snowmageddon and the city delayed release as well as work production came to a halt as everything had to be reschedule and caused delays. Kerri and Max lied regarding the previous pool companies cancelled contracts with them as I found out matched Kerri's email to move to plan B threat to Medallion in which case we cancelled their project only after giving her the opportunity to explain her threat which they both demonstrated low moral integrity and would not be honest but continued the path of lying. As a courtesy i did return their deposit in full which i did not need to and they again wanted to blame the mail delayed deliver on Medallion when clearly was posted marked when i told them i had office mail it. Bottom line, Liars will always be liars which is why the bitter post because they were confronted with what the truth of what they are. Im sure Keller Williams where Kerri works would be amused with the type of person they have there. Cisco Fencing where Max works is well aware of him. Honesty is always the best policy unless your Kerri and Max Klein Good luck with your story

We contracted with Medallion and after 59 days he cancelled our contract. Story: Wayne sent an email on the 57th day stating they were hoping to start on our pool in the next week or two, but he had two more ahead of us and one of them had a rock issue... for us that translated to another month out... So I sent an email back asking if he could be more specific as I was getting frustrated by the ridiculous wait time or should I come up with a plan B. It should be noted here, that originally Wayne had said (while we were in his office signing the contract & giving him an upfront $10K) that it would be at least 3 weeks to dig. Wayne then replied - go with plan B I am cancelling our contract tomorrow. Wait, what? I was expecting "hey sorry about the delay, let's see what we can do" - or something to that effect...some more defined start date. My husband emailed him back - apologizing for my frustration & could we discuss the issue further as we would have to start the process all over again. They emailed back & forth a few times. (Back story - we had originally started the pool bid/estimates a year before, but I had been laid off, and we lost our financing - so having to repeat the process with another company & further delay the pool build was not what we wanted to do either). However, when Wayne replied, "if you can explain to me in a simple sentence the use of the word ridiculous. etc.... Me: No. just No. Wayne refuses to talk on the phone, he gave a variety of reasons, including not wanting to talk to customers period. *Also note - the contract verbiage is so that Medallion can cancel your contract within 60 days for any reason and keep your deposit. I can't say enough, to avoid this company. The lack of professionalism, mean-spirited and the degraded way we felt we were treated, leaves no room to do business with them. We ended up going with Custom Pools by Brian = amazing experience, cannot say enough good things there (pool is now complete). **added: Typical response to a negative review its not me, its them mentality, & making it personal. Apparently, all the negative reviewers are liars.
