The receptionist up front did great but as for the nurse and physician assistant wowza. Both the nurse and PA were rude and either hate their jobs or just feel like their are better than the people theyve sworn to serve. If youre into cold, uncaring, and judgy approaches these are your gals!
The people at the front desk are nice but the NPracs dont really know exactly what they are doing when it comes to secondary viral infections d/t covid the NPs say they dont believe in giving any medicine until you have pneumonia which means they want to wait until its too late for you to recover from COVID as any of us with common sence are well aware of. Needless to say it is most def. a good thing some of these practicioners are not working in a hospital because they would prob. Kill everyone d/t incompetence. Consider what the NP say to you. If you are concerned about your care def.get a second opinion. Thank God we did and they have sense to give my husband antibiotic and steroids. Even after calling this NP back and explaining our concerns she said well i didnt hear anything so until i hear crackles we will get you something .FYI if we hear crackles there is a good chance you are now not going to recover well if you do.
