Foods good and so is service, but going through the drive-thru, I am consistantly disappointed with the donuts. Always, they are mushed into a bag and their frosting is completely stuck to the paper. There must be a better way to bag them

I like their coffee, and I am definitely a fan of their donuts. However with the coffee, what is up with your lids Tim Hortons? The flat lid totally leaks, and the dome lid drink hole is placed so far towards the center of the cup, that it is extremely difficult to drink from. Additionally, with the dome lid it tends to leak as well, especially if the worker put the lid on towards the crimped end of the coffee cup. You guys need a redesign!
