WE FOUND OUR NEW MECHANIC!! Alex is amazing! After MONTHS of my daughters Jeep being a really cute driveway ornament, Alex popped the hood, identified the issues and fixed them in about 2 hours. Pricing is VERY reasonable and fair. You can tell he is comfortable around cars and knows exactly what he is doing. Before he left we had already asked him to come back to install her stereo system! I will be recommending Alex to everyone I know, for sure. Thanks a million!!

We were pressed for time and the truck was sitting on the side of the road. They got back to me promptly, arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They then had the truck running in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. I will recommend this company and will use them again for our company.

Starting with my phone call Nichole seemed very concerned with my vehicle issues. Im not from the area and I felt at ease. Alex called me shortly after and met me on the side of the road on a Friday night. My truck is fixed and the team at Bates makes me wish we had a mobile mechanic in my area. I had a broken fuel line in a 1995 Volvo I was loaning to a friend. Alex was Very responsive! He came to the house, assessed the problem, gathered some parts and fixed it that afternoon. What a relief! And at a reasonable price. I would recommend him highly
