The loud religious music is offensive. The abrasive middle aged lady made me feel very uncomfortable talking negative about the other staff and TRASH customers.....price is ok.....they did do a a great job getting the stain out of my Versace but I won't be back.

Wow, I just left Martini Dry Cleaners and am totally embarrassed. They have always done a great job on our dry cleaning and laundering needs. We feel they are overpriced, but we are willing to pay for good productand friendly service. Unfortunately, this time I was not impressed with, who I assume is, the owner. I walked in to pick up my order and a very nice lady pulled all of my items. She went to ring me up and the owner belittled her in front of myself and another customer, even after her staff member said she was sorry, because she wanted to use that register. At the time when the lady was starting on my order, the owner was helping the other customer with some alteration needs. She looked no where near ready to be at that register. She was completely perturbed when she turned around and even bad mouthed her staff to the other customer. What was not a big deal at all was made into a highly embarrassing moment for her staff and both myself and the other customer. But, the one that should have been embarrassed was her. It was rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I teach etiquette and am a business marketing executive. I also consult on businesses. You NEVER do that in front of clients. If you have an issue, you wait until you are alone and then you constructively instruct the staff member. Belittling is never appropriate and in from of clients the worst of the worst. I am getting ready to start a new position and will be going through a lot of dry cleaning, but we will be finding a new place. Thoroughly unimpressive.

This is a great community cleaners. The turnaround time is lovely and the prices are pretty good. If youre not familiar with dry-cleaning it can be pretty expensive but this place has fair prices. I look forward to bringing my stuff there in the future. They also do alterations. Very kind and helpful staff

I noticed a negative review stating the owner as the lady who does alterations, she is not the owner. Tom is and a very kind person....yes the tailor is very crud but I must say she is working on it...........the service is higher prices but as a let go employee (my own fault) I can honestly say they are THE BEST!!!!.. ..... I seen a lady bring in a coat blacked that came out PINK and looked new....and though the seamstress might not have the best demeanor I would not trust even my own clothes with anyone else.....also the ladies in the back have the sweetest hearts and work their tails off

Over the last 8 or 9 months my wife and I have dropped off many things to be cleaned and been very satisfied, most of all with my wife's wedding dress that another shop nearly ruined prior to our wedding. I recently brought in a Helly Hanson athletic jacket that had been hanging in my closet for years with a broken zipper that I was never able to fix. The seamstress at Martini had it repaired as good as new inside of two weeks. Having recently moved to Normandy Park we are fortunate to have found a reliable and capable business for our dry cleaning and alteration needs! Definitely recommend!
