The dentists and orthodontists here are very professional, knowledgeable with a polite manner however the reception/admin/bookings team and even management are a disgrace; just lazy and dont care. I had an orthodontic repair in Balham a while ago and the receptionist was very rude and discourteous, just appeared not to care one bit about patients or her job. I complained and to the correct email address (as I made further enquiries) and received no response from the practice manager. Sent follow up and was ignored. Youd think theyd want to do something about a team thats an embarrassment, however thats clearly a no. Sent an email as listed on their website a couple of weeks ago to the Clapham branch asking the price per tooth for cosmetic bonding and who carried out the work in the before and after pictures on the website as they looked very good. However was let down again by lazy staff- no reply yet again. As others have said just extremely poor customer service and makes it appear like you cant trust this practice and that they dont care about their patients. Review using different email address to hotmail email I contacted you on so please no excuses... we couldnt find this patient on our systems, etc etc.
I made a complaint in February, its still on going and they seem to have little interest in resolving the issue. They are making the matter worse by not acknowledging they made a mistake and are instead claiming I refused to pay them. The fact that for the last 2 years I have regularly visited the dentist as part of a treatment plan, is hardly the behaviour of someone who is trying to avoid payment - I visit approximately every 2 months. The client care is terrible and it over shadows the dentistry work.
Ive been meaning to write this review as I want to let the world know how AMAZING the team is at Ten Dental - specifically Mide Ojo (and dental nurse Laura!). Having had a phobia of the dentist for years, choosing a dentist to have braces was a big decision for me, and I 100% made the right decision. Mide and the team couldn't have made me feel more welcome. The service provided was professional, effective and just simply first class in every way. I am SO happy with the results and continually receive compliments on my teeth. Youd be a fool to go anywhere else! :)
I was incredibly disappointed to be told, when I phoned the other day, that Ten Dental would not continue my daughter's orthodontic treatment that was started by another practitioner. I explained that we recently moved to London from Australia, where my daughter's braces were fitted, but the treatment was not completed before we moved. We will look for another orthodontist, but Ten Dental's refusal to take over her treatment potentially leaves her in a very difficult situation, with braces that are not monitored and adjusted as necessary. Why would they refuse? They did not even ask which orthodontist started the treatment, so it could not have been based on an assessment of the quality of previous treatment.
