It's a cute little touristy pit stop. We each picked out a pastry and they were good. The coffee was good. We bought some peach cider and some strawberry cider. I should have checked the labels first. The ingredients include artificial flavors and colors. And, SO sweet!! Too sweet for me, but my kids liked it. Can't imagine stopping again. Maybe for coffee.

If you're traveling to or from Charleston via I-95 you will pass by this converted old gas station that has amazing baked treats, ciders, jams, and other peach delights. Don't just pass it bye, the stop will brighten your trip.

Upon careful inspection of the photo you posted, our baker believes that what youve mistaken for mold is a small pool of pectin which sometimes rises to the surface during baking.
