Over priced. I called about the item being $10.00 over when compared to area stores, they could care less. We can conclude, they have a poor attitde for customer retention! Wish them luck. The product is Cherry Heering Liqour. Price range on many other stores is about $29.99. At Foundry Row Liquors I paid $38 plus. Over 9$ difference. When I called, they have a rather casual attitude. I was a first time customer, and it was the last time.
Hi Tee, Our employee had brought this to our attention. We had the chance to review the footage of when you were in. Per the video, not one of the employees had racially profiled you or had followed you throughout the time you were in our establishment. Our employees are also told to ask all customers if they need help, the gentleman behind the counter had done just this. We have a very diverse clientele and we respect each person that comes in no matter what race they may be. We are sorry if you felt that you had this experience. I had a good experience when visiting, as I was looking for a nice Single Malt Scotch. The employee was very patient, and helpful. I even found a great Scotch at a decent price. The place is always clean, and welcoming. I would recommend!
