Sorry you felt that way Titius but we take pride in all of the services we provide and we value all of our clients. To be completely transparent lets not forget to mention that your organization waited til the last week of a major event to order 300 shirts front and back with over 12 different designs and needed them within 6 days. You explained to us several times that you guys were behind and no one in the the area would take on your order. Also the artwork you provided was incomplete and we had to redesign your entire project. Moreover, we offered you a solution to cut the cost but you or your team were not willing to comprise on the Color Comfort 1717 Heavyweight Dye Spun Shirts (which are expensive). The additional cost came from those shirts. The final product came out great and we delivered your order on time. Paul from JPR showed me no integrity. I ordered 300 shirts from him, several days after I payed him over $1,000 for half the order he raised the price on me by $450. He waited until several days after it would be too late for me to order the shirts from someone more reasonably priced so I was stuck. I paid him the full price, but I will never use him again because he deceived me. I do not suggest trusting him, he puts profit over integrity.

A co-worker recently passed away as a result of a health battle and my team decided to walk in the Making Strides breast cancer walk to honor her. I had about week and a half to get t-shirts made. I called several local places in Harrisburg who were booking at least 3 weeks out. I called J.P.R. Printing expecting to hear "Are you kidding? There's not enough time." again. But Cindy was so understanding, empathetic and helpful. She said, "We'll make it happen. We'll have to move some things around but we'll get it done." And J.P.R. did. The t-shirts were fantastic and done with a day to spare. I highly, highly recommend this company. Both the customer service and product were beyond what I expected. Thanks J.P.R.

They do awesome work. Very hands on and creative. Whatever the need they'll get the job done. You don't find too many businesses that'll help you save money. These guys do. I will definitely use these guys again
