Overall, disappointing experience. I sat at the bar, which was dirty from one end to the other, and the seat I sat in had two used glasses in front of me when I sat down along with a check so obviously someone had been sitting there prior to me and left. The bartender, who I later found out was the bar manager through her own disclosure, never cleaned the bar where I sat even after I sat down and when I looked closer straight down the bar to the other side of it was dried food and dirty glasses literally in front of each sit. No attempt was made at cleaning it either the entire time I was there, which was probably an hour and a half. Having to sit at a dirty bar, which obviously needed cleaning, was very uncomfortable as a customer. I ordered a sangria, which was probably about the only good thing besides the French fries that I ordered, until about halfway through my first glass and I almost swallowed someone's hair. I was never given or even offered water and had to ask for it when I was 3/4 of the way done with my burger, which I wanted cooked Medium but was told they only cooked them medium well to well done and when I received my burger it was clearly cooked well done and dry. Also, the bartender never came to check on me initially after I received my food to see how it was and it was only when I was almost done with it and asked for water that she checked on me to see how I was doing. I was very surprised to find out this was the bar manager taking care of me because as a former server I would have expected a higher level of service and attention to detail in general especially from the bar manager. Also, the staff was loud and cursing and seemed to not care that there were still customers in the building. As a former server I try not to be too critical but from start to finish my overall experience was extremely disappointing and I will not be returning to this establishment anytime now or in the future. The level of service and attention to detail is way below par considering there are so many other fine establishments in Denver that care about these things. Don't waste your time or money at this place. Hopefully the new management can get things in check around there.

We use Norwegian salmon on the Benedict. The eggs come over easy unless otherwise specified.

Edit 9/25/2022: No more bottomless brunch! New owners. My salmon benedict was made with cooked salmon, not lox so that was weird. The eggs were also super undercooked (like clear whites oozing out. However, the service was great and my elderflower spritz was delicious and refreshing. Bottomless brunch?! Bottomless mix and match with sangria (red OR white!?!), bloodies (good ones with horseradish!?), mimosas, and screwdrivers? Holy moly.

Once upon a time... This was my favorite place. Now under new ownership with a sidwinded idea for the place. Burgers and New Mexican food. Bring back the wings and the old menu. Thus place was great. The End
