Was responsive. How ever sent me million dollar house and homes i couldn't afford when asked to see a house i was told i new to tour 10 houses when i was interested in one home. This is unprofessional and never responded after my reply. All for profit not for the customer. i wouldn't recommend. Although is a Goggle review and is my opinion but better options available in Naples.

A few months ago I started my home search process, to be honest the process wasn't that bad for me, but it could have been If had gone somewhere else other than Opyt Realty. I am a single mom, and I am currently working two jobs, life is so stressful most days, and I barely get a rest, (life ins Naples isn't cheap, especially for me with my kiddo); but home buying was possible for me thanks to these people, who understood that even though I am poor I deserve a shot at my dreams, in this case having a place of my own that I can call home and where I can raise my little one. The team at Opyt Realty really made a huge difference, from answering all my questions, and easing my doubts, to helping me along the process of meeting all the contingencies in my loan application; especially being flexible and fitting into my busy schedule. Many times I had doubts, and I was able to reach them late at night, honestly these people are as close at it gets to family. I can't say enough great things about this place, George, Krissy, Mark, James, and the rest of the team all worked so hard to help me close on my new home in under a month.. Needless to say, they'll always hold a special place in my heart for everything they have done for me and my son!

Dan Opyt helped me and my husband buy a new Naples home and sell our current condo as well. He was not only efficient and always got back to us quickly but he was also flexible and even came out for showings a couple times in the same day to accommodate my schedule since I am from out of town. He was never pushy or made us feel like we should make a decision already. When we did finally find the place that we made an offer on, his advice was excellent and helped us save money. He was equally helpful in helping us set our sale price and got us the most we could get for our property. He was incredibly helpful with being there for inspections since we couldn't be there and also was willing to help with any other tasks that came up. If I were to buy another property, Dan is the man I'm calling!
