Worst experience with a dealer in Pensacola. The information published on Marketplace nothing to do with Carfax records. With a bugged tyre from the first day I checked and until the day was supposed to buy it without fixing. All dirty inside. And not to mention the treatment of the owner. Anyway ... I do not recommend this dealer to anyone

We had such a positive experience at Eddie Mercer! Shaun and the entire team were amazing. We never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. Buyer beware! This dealership does not do thorough inspections of their vehicles. They actually told me that after my car started showing signs of major problems. Less than a week after buying a car from them the car started blowing smoke from a bad head gasket. The engine was also full of sludge. They told me, over the phone, that they only check that the car starts and steers. They also informed me they were not legally liable, and would not help with any repair cost. After a 2nd call the GM said he would talk to some people and call me back. He never called back. The GM also told me I wasn't the first person this happen to, and I won't be the last. If you buy from them, you are rolling the dice. The one star is for the salesman Bill. He seems like a nice guy.
