At Kleen Kraft, we take driving seriously. To that end, all of our trucks are equipped with GPS tracking and monitoring which records location, speed, and stops at 30-second intervals. Between 2:45 and 3:30 pm on Wednesday June 26th, we had only one driver in the area described. Our records show that he was travelling between 9-15 mph in stop-and-go traffic. Vehicles are close together in those circumstances and our trucks are large which may have given the reviewer the impression that our van was closer than it actually was, however it was not speeding. All our drivers have long service records without accident or traffic violations; the driver in question has been employed by us for over 5 years with an excellent, safe-driver record. As a responsible employer, we took this opportunity to remind all of our drivers to keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front of them.

The driver of a Kleen Kraft Services van was tailgaiting me so closely (barely an inch between his vehicle and mine) that it seemed as if he was attempting to either hit my vehicle or run me completely off the road. This incident occurred on 6/26/19 around 3:00 PM on the 605 Freeway before Slauson. According to the CA DMV vehicle's are supposed to follow the "3 second rule". This van was so close behind me that he would have no room to brake in case of an emergency. Then he proceeded to pass me aggressively and tailgate the next vehicle. Your drivers must really hate their job or enjoy bullying, harassing and endangering the lives of the motorists around them. Luckily, since your company's name was so boldly imprinted all over the vehicle, I was able to identify the employer of this individual. Is this really how you want represent your country? By having a driver endanger the lives of everyone them by using a 2,000+ vehicle as a weapon?

The worst of the worst company to ever work with! They made a side deal with a shady employee i had to sign 5 year contract even they knew he was not the owner! The worst part is their contracts auto renew, then they sue you when you discover the fraud! I was over paying for a service i did not need in the first place

Mike Mike Mike!! He is our guy with Kleen Krafts Services. We honestly had a new delivery person and they were punctual and know all of the items but Mike has been delivering to our dealership for years and he knows everyone by name and it's always a great time when he's here. Even when we have problems with orders, he offers quick solutions and keeps us updated with when the issue can be resolved! I don't think we will change companies ever with this guy handling our account!! Thanks Mike and Kleen Krafts. Please keep doing it awesome!!
