Mice this is my first home ever to have mice. Trash in the parking lot spilling over from the dumpsters is constant. I went 6 months without an oven, Now Im sitting in an apartment without heat. I will not be renewing and will never lease from ZPM again. When they took over service went down even further in the dump.

I would give zero stars if possible. They dont respond to voicemails and emails something you get a response. Super is no help and he only speaks Spanish
I live in Walker Mill Apartments in District Heights, Maryland, formerly owned by Gates & Hudson and now owned by ZPM Management. I lived a year under the tyranny of Gates & Hudson and had to put up with unethical business practices, shoddy work and work ethic, as well as extreme unprofessionalism. Now that ZPM Management has taken control of the complex, in less than a year, my view of my management office has completely changed. Not only are the office personnel customer oriented and professional, they have changed our community into one for us to have pride in. They've updated our swimming pool, re-vamped the monthly newsletter and website, as well as started community events for us to get to know our neighbors and for the kids to have school supplies. Maintenance as opposed to taking weeks takes a couple days, sometimes my calls have even been taken care of that same day!!! The management team has even taken the time and put forth the effort to learn their residents name's. I sincerely appreciate ZPM Management for returning our community back into a place where residents feel not only respected but appreciated. Thanks ZPM Management!!!!!

I worked with this company for 1 year while I rented one of their units. Overall it was a great experience. Pay rent on time, get a place to live. Pretty standard. This was not a luxury building, it was very down to earth. But again, for what I was paying I was very happy. Also, the office staff is absolutely delightful. I mostly spoke with Naj, and I swear she's got nerves of steel to deal with me. Thank you all for everything!
I lived in district of Forestville and the leasing staff are very unprofessional as well as unhelpful. I reached out to ZPM Management multiple times, since it is their property, but no one has reach back out to me. Ive emailed and called. Of course when I call I never reach anyone but a call tree that ends up hanging up on me.
