Pete to start off with the car you originally came to buy for your daughter was a Nissan rogue which I suggested from the beginning. You saw the BMW X5 2003 and wanted that vehicle. I told you I didn't think a car like this for a young girl was right but you insisted and said you had a family friend that works on BMW's. When you bought the car it was an as is sale an 03 BMW X5 is over 6 years old but it did have low mileage. The car had no lights on when you drove it out it ran fine and passed inspection by an independent mechanic. The car passed inspection and emissions which would have been impossible if there were lights on . After you broke down a few days Later then you used your triple AAA to tow the truck to my mechanic and he is the one that bent your arm on the underneath of the truck by placing the tie down to that control arm and tightening it down that what bent the arm my mechanic got the vehicle running and told you what the right fix was going to be and by the way that was a below wholesale price on that vehicle . I am sorry you had these problems. Also you and your family are nice people . Thanks Charlie Bianco motors

Charlie is a nice guy but in the end he sold us a bad car. Check engine light was on from day one, then the car kept stalling. They brought it to their guy in the Bronx who basically cleared the light but fixed nothing. Told me I needed a throttle body and would cost $600, turn out the engine was miss firing and needed a coil, plug and wires. Front passenger control arm is also damaged. Ended up costing me over $1700. They need to fix the car before they sell it and make sure it's safe. For an added bonus, the guy in the Bronx, scratched the rear bumper and dented the driver side door. MAKE SURE you have someone professionally check out the car first!!!
