Based on the hints you've given us about what has caused you to write us a negative review when we've never met or done business together, it appears we have a new client who's used some online tactics you don't like, and you're blaming that on us. We recently built the client a new website and began managing ONE Facebook and ONE Google My Business page for them. All the other GMB pages you've refered to in your other anonymous communications to us have nothing to do with our company, and we have no knowledge or opinion of them. We're completely innocent of the charges you've leveled against us. What's more, you've said things about us that imply you've done business with us and weren't treated well. You know neither of those things are true, and you have no idea how we do business. How is lying about us online okay? We have a very good reputation and work very hard for our clients, ALWAYS with a white hat. We don't deserve the review you wrote, and the tactics you don't like weren't put in place by us and we didnt even know about them. We couldn't delete the extra GMB pages if we tried, as we have no access to them since we didn't set them up. This company is very shady. They will take your money and not do a thing for you. When you complain they say they don't want you to be thier client anymore. They will be hearing from my lawyers! DON'T USE THEM! They will rip you off and spit you out. To reply to your response... it was definitely your company, no question. You all should be closed down with the tactics you use. Maybe next time you will think about what you did and learn from it. I wouldn't be surprised if many more of your clients spoke out against you and your clear burn and turn way with your clients. Companies like yours need to be closed down!

IgniteLocal doesn't hold anyone's Google maps page hostage, and we've never had a client named John Johnson. We do place a tracking number on our client's G+ page so we can track our efforts to bring them more customers from that source, but if the client leaves us, we immediately change the number back to their own telephone number. The $500 'Mr. Johnson' refers to as our monthly fee does more for our clients than any other company we know of. A significant portion of that goes directly to Google for paid advertising, and we write a monthly blog for each client as well as actively manage their social media. Most of our clients are amazed we do so much for so little. 'Mr. Johnson' is badly misinformed about what we do and how we do it, and if he would contact us about his concerns with his real name, I'm sure we would lay them to rest very quickly. Would you please do that, Mr. Johnson. or kindly remove this damaging review, as it's not true and may be about another company out of San Diego with a similar name to ours? Be warned about this company. They take hostage of your google maps and put a call tracking number on it. Then a custors regular clients that look them up on the maps and call them, are tracked by ignite locals tracking number as new leads they are delivering. This is a very unethical business practice. I know several people that have used them and their former business more biz and always the same story. They charge 500 plus dollars to basically do nothing. Any company can be on google maps for free and you should never let a marketing company put a call tracking number on your maps. The people that find you on the maps would find you there anyway and it has nothing do do with Ignite Local driving business to you. Which they try to say when analyizing the clicks and call report. Then when you figure out that they are a scam and you quit using them for your marketing. You are stuck with a google plus listing with a disconnected phone number and you can't get in to fix it unless you have the log in information, which they will not give up. Be AWARE of this type of scam!!!!!! Never give up your google places log in information to anyone. All kinds of crazy stuff can happen.

Horrible service, horrible customer service. Fortunately, they were eventually booted by the complex I lived in at the time. Unreliable, slow, and seemingly not working half the time.
