We booked through a 3rd party. We were given a run down cottage with dirt parking in a really poor location. The cottage was one small room with a bed, dresser and TV and two kitchen chairs. The bathroom was tiny and the shower head was mounted about 5' 3" high. The water temperature was hard to maintain. The cottage had no foundation and was not level. We complained and were told that we got the economy room and Booking.com didn't understand US standards. Place was a dump.

Why can we have some honesty? Having 12 dollar resort fee ambushes guests at check in time. What a smart strategy! This resort is no better than any other motel nearby. I will definitely recommend some other motels at least they are honest.

The location is terrific, but the truth is every location up there is. The highway slows to a roundabout, so there isn't any road noise, and you are in the middle of wilderness, with staggering beauty all around. The bed was comfortable, and the place was clean. They do maintenance, but in our cabin, the bathroom was, shall we say, "not new." Everything worked just fine, but it isn't the Hilton. The staff were super nice. The breakfast was a limited buffet, but adequate. All in all, I felt like we received good value. Don't forget that the cabins are small. Cozy is a better word.

The wifi is not stable there it keeps on crashing sometimes I would recommend using mobile data but the breakfast is good
