Wouldnt recommend whatsoever, ordered what i thought was a proper balloon to receive something smaller than a golf ball. States on website how many balloons they hold , which is a lie as tried to hold balloons it says they can and barely holds 2 down. I have had to buy from a shop instead. Also refused to give back postage stating shed said in previous emails which she never did. Very rude go elsewhere you are better off using clintons or card factory as they know what customers want and are willing to be helpful

An appalling experience from beginning to end. COMPLETELY unreliable organisation. If you plan to do a surprise, forget to use Not Just Balloons services. If you also plan to buy a large quantity, also forget to use Not Just Balloons as your "surprise" will come scattered throughout the day (probably throughout the afternoon) even when you PAY for a before 10AM delivery. I am glad to say that at least the choice of name is accurate. It's true, you don't pay for Just Balloons, but also for the awkwardness of having to both explain to whoever you bought them for to wait, as "something should be here anytime" and even WHEN it arrives, probably have to wait for the other half of your delivery scheduled 4 hours after a delivery that is already 2 hours late. This service is a waste of both money and time, not to mention a complete buzz-kill for any happy occasion. You're better off going to the store and filling balloons yourself. TRUST ME.

Ordered online, found just what I wanted! Excellent price, and paid fair postage. Packaged perfectly (sick of so many other sellers not packaging properly!). Most importantly, wrapping exactly as pictured and described! This team sold and delivered exactly as promised, luv that, tks!
