DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This company is highly disorganized, has horrendous customer service, and does not provide quality products. Ive been waiting for a custom order for over two months with zero acknowledgement of mistakes made on their part.

I ordered a custom shirt from this company in early August, it was to have some lettering and a musical artist that had recently passed that my boyfriend felt really connected to, thought it would be a great gift for his birthday. I place my order, and I schedule it to be here on September 1st! So I'm anxiously waiting for September 1st because I just knew that he was going to love this shirt. September 1st came and went, NOTHING. So the next day I message the company, about the location of the track since I received no tracking information, they told me that they hadn't started on it because just received the shirt from their warehouse on the same very day that I called such a FUNNY COINCIDENCE 2 days go by and I finally get the shirt, I'm excited to look at this shirt! The lettering looked great, as it was the only thing showing because of the way they had folded in the box. I took it out and turned it to the picture and omg I could've cried, it was that horrible. The picture was so blurry I couldn't recognize who it was, then the picture ON THE SHIRT was so crunchy or hard, a completely different texture from the actual shirt. Then I notice this shirt seems really big, I checked the tag and it was a bigger size than what I ordered. I called to receive a refund, because I was devastated, the young lady told me that she had to ask her boss if I could receive a refund, or I had to send the shirt back before I could receive the refund. BUT she would have to call me back..... she never called back. SO I called back and this young lady issued my refund almost instantly. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience

I would NEVER order from them again! Horrible customer service. Items did not arrive on time paid extra for quicker shipping and only received 1/2 my order. I am still waiting on items ordered 9/19/19.
