Walked in to place an appointment for haircut because there's a big sign on the side that says walkins scheduled an appointment and they weren't available till 3 or 4 hours later it was 1215 at the time and the 1st appointment available was 4 o'clock $25 just for a haircut no thanks.

Require credit card info to book an appt so they can charge you over full price for a cut if you miss the appointment. Super poor management, will not be returning as a customer.

Hi Stephen, we would like to offer you our most sincerest apologies. As a small locally owned business, we definitely take customer service very seriously. Due to the spread of the coronavirus. We have had to make a few changes for sure, but it is our hope that some of these changes would be improvements. In order to help manage the flow of our beloved patrons, we have a new appointment system and now able to eliminate wait times. We can control the flow of traffic while being able to offer detailed services without there being any lines or rush. We allow ample time after each appointment in order to clean & sanitize our work areas. We truly are sorry that you feel this way about us.
