Joan and her team have created a magical place where kids can be kids with a wonderful blend of freedom to choose activities and just play, along with cultivating ownership of their choices and actions; being with nature, along with making useful things to share. Every day our son was there felt like a gift. Looking forward to holiday camp!

The educational garden project has been an amazing place for my kids to get outside and explore the natural world, learning gardening skills, nurturing animals like chickens and rabbits, discovering insects and other outside critters, natural water play, arts and crafts using natural materials, etc, as well as having a means for social interaction in a safe way during this pandemic. This program has been a life saver for us and we highly recommend it. If you are looking to get your kids off of the devices and out discovering and interacting with the natural world, this is the best camp for it!

Both of our kids attended camp here last week and loved every minute! They played with bunnies, baby chicks, cooked, painted and learned about bats. They came home dirty and tired, great success in my book : )
