I cannot even give this company 1 star. We purchased a $10K piece of equipment from them on a 3 year lease to buy option. It worked for 18 months and then we encountered problems. We asked for assistance and were told that the scope was irreparable and we would need to spend another $6k to replace it. We followed all manufacturer handling guidelines and even had one of their representatives spend an entire day in our office to make sure we were cleaning, handling and storing properly. None of that mattered. We will never buy another piece of equipment from this company. Their support is terrible and even when you following the recommended guidelines, your product is still not covered. We even had our rep tell us that the scope we bought was not built to last in an office environment, so the obvious question was why they would recommend that model to us in the first place? Very disappointing and never again.
