Ruth, we are disappointed to see your negative review as customer service is our top priority. When your car was towed to our shop it had already been worked on and taken apart. We discovered that it had a major electrical problem and after discussing this with you you decided not to have it fixed because it would have cost more than the car was worth. We had called you multiple times to come pick up the car since we weren't going to be doing the work and the car was not picked up for over a week, which we did not charge you for. Well after 3 weeks they had my car couldn't fix it, had it towed home and grease all over floor, cut on door , grease on roof oh and lets not talk about how my rim is scratched up!!!! A friend went to junk yard got part fixed in 25 min!!! I called 4 times to complain about the condition of my car no answer...oh on a funny note old scratch off tickets in my glove box out of order tucked by drivers seat!!!! No reason to go in glove box!!! No fuse box in it!!!!!! Smdh

So i have tried several times to get my 4X4 Tahoe serviced by Benny's but no matter what day or time of day, they never have time to schedule a repair instead they offer to call you back when theirs an opening, never received the call back. So time to find a real mechanic.
