The product the customers claims she ordered from us has not been manufactured for well over a year or longer from Hershey and has not been in our XML product feed to the search engines since June 2015. Our CS agent made several attempts to explain to the customer and even tried to guide them through the search engine process and our website listing, but customer became agitated. Agent then read the product description along with flavors stated and asked customer to join on the website to view the picture. Customer stated we change it and that's not what she saw on the search engine. CS agent once again tried to explain it was not a product change recently, it was one made over a year ago. CS agent then found the item the customer thought she ordered from us on another website, but customer insisted it was our website. CS agent also clicked that website ad and was taken to a page of a discontinued item. After 15 minutes of explaining the customer ended the call. The next day customer called back and asked for a refund. Customer was told she could return the remaining lollipops for a refund, but she would be responsible for shipping it back due to the policy that it was not our mistake or the shippers. Customer ended the call.

I looked everywhere for pink lemonade lollipops. I even had friends searching the internet for me. We finally found them on the Blair Candy website. But what I ordered and what I received were two different items completely. When I called to let them know they had accidently sent the wrong item, the woman I spoke with told me that it was my mistake. I again checked the website, and the description of the item was completely different than when I ordered it. She told me that they haven't carried what I ordered for over a year. As we spoke she became increasingly more hostile. When I pointed out that the picture of the item is completely different than what the description now reads, she became even more rude and said it was my fault. I should have been more careful and read the full description. I don't know at what point they changed the product description, but I am confident I checked it several times prior to ordering it. This company has horrible customer service. Now they won't refund my money unless I pay for shipping as they tell me I got exactly what I ordered and it is my fault that I was fooled by their item picture. Horrible customer service. Order from someone else!
Hello Stephen - We are sorry that you didn't like the Fortune Gum. Yes, we are only a store selling it, just like the hundred of other stores. As you stated, this gum has not been manufactured for over 18 years. Most of our employees have been here 30 plus years so they remember the gum, but can't actually remember how it was exactly 18 years ago. The manufacture tells us and every other store, it is the same recipe. We sell hundred of boxes of this gum a month and no one has ever felt it was a bogus product. They remember it as a cheap, fun gum with a fortune and a flavor that lasts a few minutes lol, just like the Pal gum. These gums are super cheap and are imported. We have no control over the flavor. We take every comment serious. We've been in business for over 78 years and value our customers. Again we are sorry you are disappointed. We have no control. Stephen we can control if something arrives damaged, or stale ( which now a days it's easy to scan the box and we can tell you exactly when the product was made you received.) Normally when we get a complaint. We first look to see if we have gotten any others and act from there, but as mentioned, we have not had a single complaint. The only thing we can do then (which we did) was check the date it was manufactured. The gum was manufactured on Nov 2017 with a shelf life of 2 years. If you would like to return any unopened boxes, they will credit you for the product when it arrives to us. Please remember, this isn't a bogus product. This came straight from the manufacture. If it is bogus, then the hundreds of other stores like ourselves selling it could shut down the Manufacture, but this came straight from the real manufacture in their own packaging. We can't keep this gum in stock, and we are sure the other stores selling can't either. Please contact our CS department and ask to speak with Pam or Mike if you wish to return and unopened boxes. Thank you!

I ordered the Fortune Bubble Gum and couldn't wait to enjoy the great taste of a gum that I loved back in the 80's. After receiving the gum I quickly noted it wasn't the same gum. All they did is used the same wrapper and a different gum that got hard and lost all flavor after 1 minute. The flavor was totally different and had the plain taste of a cheap gum. I was disappointed to find out this was just a scam that is meant to fool people into thinking they'd receive the actual gum which was discontinued years ago. Don't be fooled like I was. This is just a cheap gum that doesn't last more than a minute with a familiar wrapper. I called the company and all they said was that they were just a distributor. They had no concern about selling a bogus product.
Way to overly priced. They have things that are normally sold for 1$ in store they are selling them for 1.59 like c'mon
