This firm is full of cheaters mudassir ,rehan sheikh, mahnoor . Stay away from them . Very unprofessional people. They mentally tortured me for the tickets I booked with them. I paid 65 deposit & agreed to pay the rest amount after some time. And the week after they said your tickets have gone. Then they promised me for the same tickets that never happened. I had to booked them my self.

Very bad experience. I was dealt by a person called Rehan. I had to change my plan of travel and i was told will get 800 refund. This was in December 2018. Never got it back. Due to this change of plan they completely messed up my booking and cancelled my Makkah Hotel. Changed to very bad hotels in Madina and Makkah at the nick of time. Had to wait for many phone calls, change hotel, wait for many hours there at hotels. Avoid these people at all cost please. They also never returned my money and now stopped answering. Had a very bad experience with them. I am contacting small claim courts now

had a great experience with them. everything went smoothly.. Ahmed was really helpful and offered us very good deal on our Umrah package.. will definitely consider booking with them in future..

Have very very bad experience with this Agency . I speak with 3 different people's in this office. But no one give right information. They booked my my 7 days package at price of 840 Without transport. And give me the package of 5 days including travelling. In Makkah they give good Accommodation . But in Madina they joking with me first i wait there 2 hours for my reservation number which they give me wrong . The people who ever speak in this office speak very very good if i call them . But after they never call back again . 1) Mr Haider . 2 ) Mr Shaeroz . 3) Daoud or wadood . And 1 other i for got the name . I came back from my umrah at 23 January . I will text them 2 times but no one reply. They no refund my money . So now i decide to go for complaint against this Agency. Please confirm your package before go hotel time date and everything. They manipulate the people's at the name of islam and umrah .
