I strongly advise!!! Buyer Beware of the owner of CreativeEdge Visual Branding!!!! This company is not reliable and misleading. In our situation, We paid an invoice on 10/27 and was told production would start the following Monday. Production never started. We later found out that the company did not have the means to produce the number of colors needed in the branding and the order was outsourced (which it never was). The company was dishonest in hopes that they could take our money and find another company to do it but was unsuccessful. We finally found another company to work with and requested a refund. The owner informed us that he needed to move some money around *WOW*!! Did I mention the company stated they have been in business since 2005! The company charged us $85 to ship the material back to us. We were also told that they forgot to include 18 shirts and we would need to pay another $20 if we wanted them back! After many calls, voicemails, and text messages, no refund and no further communication. I guess he feels because we are in Houston and he is in St. Louis, he can just ignore us cause apparently he spent our money..over $1000!! Again this company is a FRAUD! Update: Refund still not issued. But the owner of this company sent me a pic as if he sent me my refund. My wife uses the same software so I know I should get an email alerting me of a refund. I never received an email about my refund. Its clear that this company has some serious financial issues. UPDATE: You are very much correct I am no longer a client!!! I can prove everything that I wrote in my review. I have every text message and email to prove your Fraudulent ways. But since you act like Lese Brumfield was never a client of yours, should I leave my review under Colored Only, LLC?
