3rd time trying to find a PCP, spoke to a representative for 20 minutes just trying to spell the name of a potential PCP. Then she hung up... still have no PCP
Crystal (phone customer service) helped me with going over my benefits and was super nice and helpful. I appreciate the professionalism and the fact that she was knowledgeable.
Waited 2.5hours on hold and then was hung up on. This was after multiple attempts to contact customer support. I'd rather be uninsured than patronized. I will never do business with this company again.
