My wife sent an envelope with them using FedEx Priority Overnight not really knowing what this service usually costs. Few days later we realized that instead of paying the $75.74 that according to FedEx we should have paid, they charged us $182.54. He first said that he can charge customers whatever he wants if they are whiling to pay and I agree with him on that. The problem is that they put in the system the dimensions of a 13x13x10 box instead of an envelope that had only ONE piece of paper inside. So then the owner tells me that unless I have proof that my package wasnt a box but an envelope he was not going to fix this for us. I ask him out good faith to check his cameras to see that my wife sent an envelope and next thing I know he is yelling at me. All I had left to say is to wish him good luck with his business. I strongly recomend you to avoid using this store. If this is your only option. Make sure that the measurements and weight are right otherwise they have no problem by using their little tricks to rip you off and overcharge you.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Their customer service is AWESOME! We have had a few very complicated orders and they have been amazing to help us understand our options and work with us to get what we needed!! They are quick to respond to emails!! And their turn around time has been incredible!! Their prices are the best of anywhere we have gone before! SO glad we have found them and never plan to go anywhere else!!!!
