Moe, we are sorry that you have had a less than desirable experience with us. But I would like to address some of the issues that you are pointing out. When you placed your order we made it very clear that it would take us 3 weeks to process. However it did not take 3 weeks but actually only 9 days. You placed your order with us during one of our busiest times of year and we were able to accommodate your needs. To address the garment that you are missing. As we stated to you ,and all of our customers in our extensive proofing process, we asked you to look over your invoice and proofs and we ask that you look at your imprint, spelling, garment type, garment color, number of items ordered and price per item. If you have any discrepancies with your invoice or proofs than we ask you to contact us to have us make the appropriate changes. But if everything looks correct than we have you physically approve the invoice and proofs and pay your deposit. The hoodie that is in question was left off your invoice by mistake as we were a little overwhelmed with the volume of orders that we were processing at that time and we are only human. At that point we would have expected a email or phone call saying that we made a mistake and there was a garment missing off of the invoice, but you chose to approve the invoice and pay for it telling us that everything was good to go.

Had really high hopes for them. Unfortunately they processed my hoodie order 3 weeks after I paid them for it. Delivered to me just a few days after it got processed. When it got here I had one missing hoodie size and one color missing. Now Im stuck between myself and the two customers that have ordered those two hoodies. I emailed them and they told me that there is nothing that they could do which really sucks. The guys that I was dealing with was Connor and Anthony. Id definitely try to look elsewhere if I were you.

I guess I am never going to get my shirts, or hear from these guys ever again. Be warned, these guys don't communicate too well. If you take the time (2 hours) to sit down and formulate an order with these guys, it might be 2 wasted hours with no result or even an email. On top of that if they DO even take the order, they won't even begin the process without 50 percent down....which is fine except they don't tell you that. More time wasted. If you're not part of the cool club, don't bother with this place.
These guys were not only fast they were quality. We had a quickly emerging opportunity and had to have some shirts turned around next day. These guys pulled through with out any issues!
We were referred to them for some marketing materials. Went in and got it all figured out and ordered and said we had a Deadline to get it done (farmers market). Called the next week and they said they hadn't done anything because they didn't get 50% down. We would have been happy to do that if we had ever been told. Now we're out a banner.
